Marineria

Marineria.it is an Italian platform specialised in yacht crew recruitment, active since 2005. It connects boat owners and charter companies with qualified nautical crew members, offering both job listing publication and direct candidate search across a database of registered seafarers. The project involved a substantial refactoring of the existing in React.js and the development of new features, with the goal of modernising the user experience and improving overall frontend performance without altering the underlying data layer and business logic. Key work delivered: - Full UI/UX refactoring in React.js. - New feature development aligned with the platform's recruitment workflows. - Component architecture improvements for better maintainability and scalability. - Performance optimisations across the frontend layer.
